Ben Forster’s T coupe project

The story of Ben “Flathead” Forster’s T Coupe project is now available in the October edition of Cruzin Magazine.
The project was based on the build up of a T coupe to painted and drivable stage in just one weekend, last June. Naturally a lot of planning and shopping was done prior to the weekend, including setting up the channeled flooring and tacking together the outline of a chassis. The work was done predominantly by a swarm of Ben’s Crankster club co-members and a few extra rodding mates. The weekend was successful and the coupe was driven from the shed as the sun went down on Sunday.
The work and design was carried out to ASRF TAC guidelines so that few changes would have to be made to get it road licensed later.
Lately, as the project nears completion, different carbie manifolds have been manufactured to help with the required vision from the drivers seat.
The project should be finished withinin the next few weeks.
